A personal matrix session is right for you if you want time to look at your habitual patterns of thoughts, emotions, behaviours and attitudes. These habits often tend to steer your life in a direction you don’t want it to go. I’ll take you through an activity which is designed for you to easily see what’s in your personal matrix; or at least the main aspects that come to the surface with ease.

This session usually takes 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Please have read a large piece of paper, at least 10 different coloured markers or pens and a quiet space without distraction to concentrate on the process.
