You are unique. So am I. In fact, there is no one exactly like us in the world. And thank goodness for that! Life would be rather boring if we were all the same.

How you think and feel about yourself affects many aspects of your life. The way in which you choose to share yourself with others is affected by how you view yourself. As you explore yourself from different angles you gain a deeper understanding about healing the planet and creating peace and love. Paying attention in the present moment, non-judgmentally observing your thoughts and emotions, and reflecting on self is a successful way to really get to know who you are. It’s time to celebrate your unique qualities.

As you learn more deeply about yourself, you can be yourself, rather than conform to other people’s or even your own ideals and images. It is a dynamic journey to actively choose to be yourself. Doing so may involve an acceptance of what or who you think you are. It might be easier to hide behind the facade of reputation, self-pity or society’s perception of ‘your type,’ but truly looking within and getting to know your true essence is a gift you can give yourself.

Ask yourself these questions and take your time – even a few days – to explore them more deeply.

  1. Who am I?
  2. Why am I here?
  3. What lessons am I to learn this lifetime?
  4. What do I want to achieve in 10 years?
  5. Who do I want to become?
  6. What makes me come alive?
  7. What makes me feel joyful?
  8. What patterns do I have that make me feel miserable?
  9. What do I want to change in my personality?
  10. Who do I want to be next lifetime?

Explore each one of them within as much detail as you can – AND THEN, explore each question again.

The purpose of this personal development activity is SELF STUDY, to KNOW THYSELF. This is an absolutely vital part of expanding consciousness and personal development because it helps you to turn ON THE LIGHT so you can see what matrix, er Personal Template, that you’re working with this lifetime.

Don’t put much thought or feeling into it? Don’t reminisce or rant or ramble or ruminate. Just write down the facts of your life and explore as a private investigator.
