How long is the program for?

The program is still in its infancy stages so that this point the program is conducted in GROUP BLOCKS that last for 4 weeks. This means that you’ll be with the same group of women for that month which is really exciting because you’ll get to witness their progress and they’ll witness yours. Extra inspiration and motivation!

The times I’ve organised per week are Tuesdays at 4pm and Wednesday at 9am. You can choose which one suits you best according to your time zone.
