I wanted to share something I’m genuinely excited about ā€” I’ve recently launched the Omarei Academy, built on the foundations from my book Developing the Watcher Mind. It marks a real shift in my work: rather than general new age spiritual growth techniques, this program goes deep into mind training, drawn from my own experience in the contemplative traditions of India, Sri Lanka, and Thailand ā€” including one moment in a remote forest monastery when I felt something change inside my brain, only to later realize neuroscience has identified that exact shift as a change in the insula.
