Exploring the BENEFITS OF REIKI OVER EMOTION CODE
The world of energy healing is full of different techniques, each with its own unique benefits. Two popular methods are Emotion Code and Reiki, both of which use energy to help heal physical and emotional imbalances. While both modalities have similar goals, there are some key differences between the two so it’s important to explore the benefits of Reiki over Emotion Code and see which one suits you.
In this article, we’ll explore the differences between Emotion Code and Reiki energy healing techniques, so you can decide which one might be right for you.
Emotion Code Releases Trapped Emotions
Emotion Code is a form of energy healing developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson that uses muscle testing to identify any trapped emotions in the body. and then release them. Unlike Reiki, Emotion Code doesn’t teach about energy, energy channels or symbols. Instead, muscle testing is used to identify which emotions may be affecting your body – pain or fatigue, for example – and how those emotions could be affecting your health. For example, if the area around the shoulder is causing discomfort when you’re sleeping on it and staying up too late is making it worse over time, then a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner (CECP) might recommend a testing technique that would pinpoint the feeling of being overwhelmed by the world around you.
“Trapped emotions are energies that become lodged in the body and imbalance the body’s delicate functions. Trapped emotions are the largest underlying cause of mental and emotional problems such as depression, anxiety, self-sabotage, panic attacks, phobias, and more. In addition, these energies distort the normal energy field of the body, creating pain, fatigue, and all manner of disease.” ~Dr. Nelson
Reiki Works with Divine Energy to Release All Stuck and Stagnant Energy
It is believed in Reiki, and many other ancient healing therapies, that when energy becomes stuck or stagnant in the body, it creates illness and disease. Reiki practitioners do not focus on “just trapped emotions,” but rather tune into a person’s full energetic system and receive signals from their Higher Self and Spirit Guides about where to move their hands, focus, and intentions in order to best assist the client.
Reiki’s amazing benefits can be discovered in the genuine practice, not the watered-down imitation. Reiki is much more than just laying on of hands, as many people believe. Reiki is a full system for better living, just as much as the 8 Limbs of Patanjali in the Vedas give us direction to improve ourselves and our life.
The most significant component of Reiki is that it requires an initiation to awaken the Reiki energy inside us. When someone is attuned to Reiki, it feels like a warm homecoming with Source energy, and we have the potential to connect with the Light energies and heal ourselves from that moment on. Reiki, however, is more than just a therapeutic technique. When we dive into the full practice of Reiki, we can learn how to gain insights from our Higher Self, increase our intuition, deepen our meditation, and experience a sense of peace and contentment, among other things.
While Emotion Code is a good first practice, Reiki is a complete healing system.
However, you must find a good teacher and avoid learning the watered-down version. For example, becoming a Reiki Master with me requires three months of weekly training. This includes Reiki 1 and 2 training, as most people need to redo Reiki 1 and 2 because they lack the necessary knowledge, practice, or experience.
Overall, Emotion Code works but Reiki is far superior and is a more complete system with roots in ancient history of more expansive knowledge of energy healing.
