Perhaps they feel like they can’t focus on business and no matter how hard they try they are constantly struggling to take effective steps forward. So, we start our sessions with, “What is your Intention for this session?”. Some clients say one thing they really want to change in their life, while others might say two or three. Either way, when their mind focuses on something they want to change they radiate out a particular energy vibration for me to read.

Stepping into Cognitive Therapies we look for negative thinking patterns, feeling and emotions developed from previous experiences. For instance, if you were raised in a traumatic childhood in which you were constantly ridiculed and put down you would probably be carrying those TOXIC EMOTIONS in your physical body and subconscious mind. These painful memories remain embedded in your subconscious mind, and when you clear them your brain can develop a fresh mindset that support you to life a life you love.

I’m a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner so I use Emotion Code techniques to release the STUCK EMOTION from your subconscious, physical body and energetic vibration. When the stuck emotions are released your energy vibes can raise to higher vibrations which in turn restructure the neurological pathways in your brain and energy body so you can feel uplifted and free from negative patterns and self-limiting behaviours.
