In the mundane world occult knowledge is not all that easy to find. It’s considered not real, mythological or the devil’s work. There are some books on the topic. There are some websites on the topic. But to get the actual practice happening in every day life is seemingly a dedicated journey not for the mundane minded.
I’ve had some fascinating experiences that have confirmed exactly what I needed to know to continue my search. Kundalini Yoga seems to be the next step on my journey.
Kundalini yoga is a practice that contains the seat of absolute knowledge. The awareness and conscious control of the primordial energy within the human body is considered by the sages and saints to be the highest knowledge. If you look at Chi Gong and Reiki you’ll find they have this same belief. In fact, throughout the ages the ancient shamans and medicine men practised this moment of energy.

The movement of energy through the body has felt like warm surging energy and sometimes it even feels like an actual snake moving upwards.

After completing the Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training course I now have knowledge of how to clear the chakras and have started putting this practice into my daily life. I find this work absolutely fascinating.
I’ll be sure to create another blog as my practice progresses.
